Richemont Regional Commercial Performance & Insights Manager in Singapore | Lead commercial analytics and strategic insights
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor commercial performance dashboards and KPIs across the regional portfolio
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on sales, inventory, and customer data analysis
- Support regional management with data-driven strategic planning and business case development
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and operational improvements
- Collaborate with finance, retail operations, and merchandising teams to align performance metrics and reporting frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial analysis, business analytics, or related management function
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools
- Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics and regional commercial operations
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, or R; hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex insights to senior stakeholders
