Richemont Regional Commercial Performance & Insights Manager position in Singapore. Drive commercial analytics and strategic insights for SEAO.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor SEAO commercial performance at regular cadence, surfacing meaningful trends, risks, and opportunities through comprehensive analysis
- Support the regional rollout and continuous improvement of performance monitoring tools and dashboards
- Conduct diagnostics and derive forward-looking insights that inform strategic recommendations across markets
- Partner with market Commercial teams in preparing comprehensive business performance reports from a regional perspective
- Proactively support regional Commercial leaders in business reviews, materials preparation, and presentations to key stakeholders
- Coordinate consolidation of budget and latest estimate exercises across SEAO, including retail KPIs and client equations
- Develop, monitor, and roll out comprehensive business performance reports in partnership with Market Commercial Directors
- Lead planning and facilitation of regional performance community engagements including workshops, seminars, and regular meetings
- Manage regional commercial projects end-to-end, including retail deep dives and segmentation analyses
Qualifications
- 5–8 years' experience in commercial roles with proven capabilities in retail analytics and/or business intelligence
- Experience within luxury or premium retail
- Hands-on experience with dashboards and proficiency in Looker
- Proven experience in project management within regional or matrix environments
- Commercially and analytically minded with ability to connect analytical findings to business context
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to present with clarity and confidence
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-directed and accountable with track record of managing priorities under pressure
