Richemont is hiring a Regional Client Manager in Hong Kong. Lead VIP client development and regional clienteling for a Richemont maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and develop strategic client relationships across the assigned territory, identifying high-value prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
- Design and implement regional clienteling initiatives and loyalty programmes in alignment with maison objectives and local market dynamics.
- Collaborate with retail, wholesale and marketing teams to execute bespoke VIP experiences, trunk shows and client events that drive acquisition and retention.
- Set regional targets, monitor sales performance and key client KPIs; provide actionable insights and regular reports to senior management.
- Coach and enable boutique and field teams on high-touch service protocols, personalized selling techniques and cross-selling of product categories.
- Manage escalation and service recovery for high-net-worth clients, ensuring consistent brand standards and confidentiality across touchpoints.
- Coordinate with CRM and e‑commerce teams to ensure client data integrity, segmentation strategy and relevant communications are executed effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or private client management, preferably within watches, jewellery or high-end accessories.
- Demonstrable success managing cross-border or multi-store accounts and delivering measurable revenue growth from key clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience setting and achieving regional sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished approach to servicing high-net-worth individuals and VIP clientele.
- Ability to travel regularly within the region and to represent the maison at client events and industry functions.

Experience
Typically requires several years (commonly 5+) of progressive experience in luxury retail, client relationship management or key account roles with responsibility for regional or multi-store portfolios.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Luxury Management, Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.
