Richemont seeks Regional Clienteling Manager in Hong Kong to develop CRM strategy and lead digital client engagement across luxury houses.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategy within assigned scope, ensuring alignment with Group Digital strategy and organizational business objectives
  • Oversee CRM system implementation and maintenance, identifying and communicating system improvement opportunities to enhance customer relationship management
  • Manage key data management system elements, including development and operational oversight of essential infrastructure
  • Support digital channel management through front-end interactive technologies, optimizing usability, design, user interface, and device strategy
  • Analyze engagement metrics and deliver regular performance analysis and insights to stakeholders
  • Execute communications plans within established organizational systems and procedures
  • Gather business requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis; translate requirements into target user roles and objectives
  • Communicate local action plans to teams, articulating alignment with functional strategy and organizational mission; motivate employees toward local business goals
  • Develop performance objectives and implement appropriate measures to ensure achievement through the organization's performance management systems
  • Manage and report team performance, establishing appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and project/account teams
  • Design and deliver training and development programs in digital initiatives, addressing skill gaps and running customized learning interventions
  • Implement security measures such as firewalls and message encryption; provide design input and monitor performance to alert security experts to issues
  • Develop and manage departmental or area budgets; conduct complex budget progress analyses
  • Identify individual development needs within the team using formal development frameworks; plan and implement capability-building actions and provide coaching to enhance performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with complex situations and providing expert advice to stakeholders
  • Proven experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives within senior management parameters
  • Experience in CRM strategy development and implementation
  • Proficiency in digital channel and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of data management systems and client engagement metrics
