Richemont seeks a Regional Assistant Merchandising Manager in Hong Kong SAR to support strategic product assortment and inventory optimization across Asia-Pacific markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of regional merchandising strategies aligned with brand positioning and market demands
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform product assortment decisions across the regional portfolio
- Coordinate with global buying teams to adapt product offerings for local market preferences
- Manage merchandising calendars and seasonal campaigns across assigned territories
- Monitor inventory levels and product performance metrics to optimize stock allocation
- Collaborate with retail operations to ensure effective product presentation and shelf management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or related discipline
- Proven experience in merchandising, buying, or retail operations within luxury retail
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data interpretation and forecasting
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional Asian languages preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

3-5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, buying, product management, or retail operations, preferably within the luxury goods or high-end retail sector
