Richemont seeks a Regional Assistant High Jewelry Client Experience Manager in Hong Kong to deliver exceptional service to Asia-Pacific high-net-worth clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients across assigned regional territories
- Provide personalized consultation and support for luxury high jewelry acquisitions and portfolio management
- Coordinate client events, private viewings, and bespoke experiences aligned with regional market preferences
- Support regional management with client data management, CRM systems, and relationship analytics
- Facilitate communication between clients and design, production, and restoration services
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement feedback mechanisms to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury client relationships or high-end jewelry retail environments
- Strong understanding of high jewelry market dynamics, product knowledge, and client psychology
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix, cross-regional organizational structures
- Discretion, cultural sensitivity, and professional judgment when managing confidential client information

Experience
3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury client services, high jewelry, or related high-touch retail environment within Asia-Pacific markets is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury client services may substitute.
