Richemont is seeking a temporary Recruiter in New York to manage talent acquisition and recruitment operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through candidate onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in applicant tracking systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
