Richemont Receptionist (Maternity Cover) in London – Fixed-term contract supporting luxury headquarters operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Manage appointment scheduling and diary coordination
- Maintain the reception area to reflect brand standards
- Process and distribute incoming correspondence and parcels
- Provide administrative support to executive and operational teams
Qualifications
