Richemont seeks a Ready-to-Wear Development Manager in Paris to lead product development strategy and collection execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and design direction of ready-to-wear collections
- Oversee product development lifecycle from concept through production and market launch
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards and timely delivery
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform collection strategies
- Manage budget allocation and monitor profitability of RTW product lines
- Communicate collection concepts and development progress to senior leadership and stakeholder teams
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ready-to-wear product development or fashion design management
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of luxury fashion market dynamics and brand positioning
