Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure data integrity and secure aggregation of group-wide quality metrics from all Maisons and Manufactures
- Publish and distribute monthly quality indicators at group and Maison levels, developing and maintaining Maison-specific dashboards
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on designated quality topics and provide analytical support to Maisons for data-driven decision-making
- Animate the quality community hub by sharing best practices, innovations, and insights from Data Analysts across the Maisons
- Prepare, facilitate, and coordinate quality community meetings with Maisons in alignment with the Quality Director's strategic priorities
- Track reliability roadmaps across Maisons and identify early warning signals for product performance issues
- Lead group quality roadmap projects, managing budgets, timelines, and technical deliverables while executing specific technical workstreams
- Oversee implementation of group recommendations through audit and action plan monitoring across Maisons and Manufactures
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in engineering, quality management, data science, or equivalent discipline
- Significant experience in project management within industrial or technical environments
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI management methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or equivalent platforms
- Strong understanding of product quality and reliability assurance principles
- Ability to structure, manage, and analyze complex databases
- Recognized for analytical rigor, problem-structuring capability, and operational excellence
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)

Experience
Significant experience in project management within industrial or technical environments, with demonstrated success in data-driven quality initiatives and cross-functional team leadership in complex, multicultural organizations.
Education
Advanced degree in engineering, quality management, data science, or equivalent discipline.
