Richemont in Buttes, Switzerland seeks a Stagiaire Chargé de Projets Qualité (Quality Projects Intern) to support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of quality improvement projects across production and supply-chain partners.
- Collect, analyse and visualise quality data to identify trends and root causes; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Contribute to corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and follow-up on implementation with internal teams and suppliers.
- Assist with internal quality audits and preparation of documentation for external/third-party inspections.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures and project plans; track milestones and KPIs.
- Coordinate meetings with cross-functional stakeholders (production, engineering, procurement, suppliers) and record meeting outcomes.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities using standard quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, root cause analysis).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to manipulate and interpret data (academic projects or internships).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple project tasks to deadlines.
- Proactive team player with effective written and verbal communication and stakeholder follow-through.
- Capacity to work on-site in Buttes and to liaise with manufacturing and supplier contacts.

Experience
Internship-level: open to students or recent graduates. Prior internships or academic project work in quality assurance, manufacturing or process improvement are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
