Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage strategic cross-functional quality projects to ensure product and process reliability, including timeline adherence, bimonthly steering committee coordination with senior management, and team support
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on dimensional and aesthetic quality challenges; actively contribute to the Maison's innovation projects
- Provide daily technical support to the Quality department; define, deploy, and optimize multi-service Quality tools and systems
- Serve as backup quality technician, including QRQC facilitation and problem resolution tracking for scrap and defect prevention
- Define, establish, and maintain KPIs across all Quality departments; collaborate with business units to create relevant quality indicators using SAP, PowerBI, SharePoint, and Excel data sources
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to harmonize practices and establish unified quality standards
Qualifications
- Technician diploma (ES or CFC) or equivalent qualification in micromechanics, general mechanics, or horology
- Significant experience as Quality Project Manager, ideally within a watchmaking manufacture or demanding industrial environment involving production lines, project management, and continuous improvement
- Expertise in industrial manufacturing practices and comprehensive knowledge of measurement instruments
- Proficiency in continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, 8D, PDCA, FMEA)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and office software including advanced spreadsheet capabilities with pivot tables and charts
- Exceptional communication and listening skills; demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead effective working sessions

Experience
Significant experience as Quality Project Manager in a demanding industrial environment, preferably within a watchmaking manufacture. Demonstrated background in production line management, cross-functional project coordination, and continuous improvement culture development.
Education
Technician diploma (ES or CFC) or equivalent qualification in micromechanics, general mechanics, or horology. Complementary training in quality control, metrology, or quality assurance is highly valued.
