Cartier, Paris: 6-month Quality Project Manager internship in jewelry manufacturing, joining product qualification and assurance teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assess quality system maturity across internal and external jewelry workshops, identifying key improvement opportunities for prioritized facilities
  • Develop and propose structured action plans aligned with strategic quality objectives defined by the Quality Assurance leadership
  • Pilot and oversee implementation of improvement initiatives within workshop settings, ensuring operational compliance
  • Participate in annual quality performance evaluations for manufacturing partners
  • Map current non-conformity management practices across the department and identify deviations from established standards
  • Design and deploy a unified non-conformity management process, including workflow documentation, tools, and communication protocols
  • Conduct comprehensive audit of quality control instructions, identifying gaps against organizational standards
  • Prioritize quality documentation updates with inspection teams and ensure proper records management

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or engineering school diploma in a scientific or technical discipline
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving methodology
