Richemont seeks a Quality Methods Technician in La Chaux-de-Fonds to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure excellence in precision production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency
- Implement quality control methodologies and establish standardized procedures across production facilities
- Collaborate with production teams to identify process improvements and troubleshoot quality issues
- Document and maintain detailed records of process specifications, testing results, and quality metrics
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or equivalent qualification in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a related field
