Richemont Quality Improvement Intern in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland—optimize processes and drive continuous improvement in luxury manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance visual quality management tools to facilitate clear communication of quality information across all stakeholders
- Establish and monitor performance indicators for return processes, workstation audits, and training activities
- Participate in root-cause analysis of quality malfunctions and identify improvement opportunities
- Support the digitalization of quality department documentation and maintain the quality database
- Provide operational support to the quality team in daily activities and continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure adherence to quality standards
Qualifications
- Final-year engineering student or equivalent
- Demonstrated interest in lean management methodologies and continuous improvement practices
- Proficiency with data management tools including Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent synthesis and summarization capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively propose solutions

Experience
Final-year engineering student with interest in quality management and continuous improvement methodologies; prior experience with lean projects or quality initiatives is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in final year of engineering school or equivalent technical program
