Richemont seeks a Quality Engineer for Omnichannel Order Execution in Moscavide, Portugal. Drive fulfillment excellence through quality audits and process optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality standards and protocols for omnichannel order fulfillment operations
- Conduct quality audits and inspections of order processing workflows across multiple fulfillment channels
- Identify process bottlenecks and non-conformities in order execution and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure consistent service quality
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Document quality metrics and generate comprehensive reports for management review
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline
