Richemont Quality Assurance Intern position in Turin, Italy. Support quality control and continuous improvement in luxury manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support product and process quality control activities, including data collection, recording, and management of quality control inspections
- Assist in non-conformity management including tracking, follow-up, and verification of proper procedure implementation in production
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting on quality key performance indicators (KPIs) and trend analysis including defectivity rates, scrap, and customer complaints
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support root cause analysis using basic methodologies such as 5 Why analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in defining and monitoring corrective actions to drive process enhancement
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in progress or completed, preferably in Management or Materials Science
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- English language proficiency; French language knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Skills
Experience
Recent graduate or currently pursuing an engineering degree with foundational knowledge in quality management or production systems preferred.
Education
Engineering degree (Bachelor's level or equivalent) in progress or completed, preferably with specialization in Management, Materials Science, or related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Turin, Piedmont, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,000 per month.
