Watchfinder Quality Control & Photography Administrator in Madrid, Spain. Full-time QC and imagery role for pre-owned luxury watches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive quality control checks on pre-owned watches prior to sale, including timing and pressure tests, condition assessments, and adherence to the 3-day QC process
  • Capture high-resolution photographs of watches for website publication and digital inventory
  • Fit and remove straps; perform bracelet adjustments and sizing services
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve proactively any delays, defects, or operational issues
  • Verify proper functioning of watch mechanisms including automatic, quartz, and chronograph movements
  • Inspect aesthetic finishes, cases, dials, hands, crystals, and bracelets against established standards
  • Document and report detected defects, non-conformities, and quality deviations
  • Ensure full compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain control and traceability records for all inspected inventory
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for QC processes and operational procedures
  • Validate products and authorize dispatch

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and relay complex technical information clearly
  • Native fluency in Spanish
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking and thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established processes and procedures methodically
