Cartier Quality Improvement Intern, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland – support continuous improvement initiatives in luxury watchmaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of problem-solving methodologies in close collaboration with Quality Assurance specialists and production teams
- Implement proposed solutions and monitor their impact on key quality indicators and production metrics
- Document and capitalize on improvement initiatives, updating reference frameworks and operational standards
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with specialization in industrial management, operational excellence, or equivalent qualification
- Strong interest in continuous improvement and demonstrated passion for the watchmaking industry
- Proactive, self-directed, organized approach to project execution
- Ability to work effectively within diverse teams and cross-functional environments
- Proficiency with data extraction and analysis software tools
Skills
Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed an engineering degree with focus on industrial management or operational excellence. Prior experience or strong demonstrated interest in continuous improvement processes and manufacturing environments preferred.
Education
Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification in progress) with specialization in industrial management, operational excellence, or related discipline.
