Richemont Quality Continuous Improvement Intern position in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the identification and documentation of process inefficiencies across production areas
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Participate in data collection, analysis, and visualization to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement initiatives
- Document and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and operational efficiency
- Contribute to kaizen events and continuous improvement team meetings
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an engineering, operations management, or related discipline
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, basic statistical software)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments

Experience
Internship or entry-level experience in manufacturing, operations, or quality assurance environments is preferred but not required for recent graduates.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent), Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or currently pursuing such qualification.
