Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor QA engineering team in developing and executing comprehensive test strategies
- Design and implement test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration workflows
- Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to define quality requirements
- Oversee regression testing, performance testing, and security validation protocols
- Drive adoption of best practices in test automation and quality engineering
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering or software testing
- Proven expertise in test automation frameworks and methodologies
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior QA professionals
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Skills
Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in QA engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity within quality assurance teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional certification in QA/testing.
