Role & Responsibilities

  • Support purchasing activities and implementation of new procurement processes across brands and shared functions
  • Propose and manage projects to improve purchasing efficiency, reduce inventory levels, and optimize procurement costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate purchasing processes and support organizational objectives
  • Analyze data and reports to identify cost-saving opportunities, develop cost reduction plans, and evaluate supplier performance
  • Maintain accurate master data in SAP (costs, purchase orders, material movements) to optimize processes and support project analysis
  • Ensure purchasing workflows comply with delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost targets

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a purchasing role with proven expertise in process improvement, project management, or strategic sourcing, preferably in the luxury sector
  • Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP)
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong collaborative and cross-functional teamwork capabilities with innovative problem-solving orientation

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 35,000 to EUR 40,000 per annum.
