Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end procurement projects aimed at streamlining purchase‑to‑pay (P2P) processes and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Analyse existing purchasing workflows, identify process gaps and design pragmatic, scalable improvements.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (sourcing, finance, supply chain, IT, legal and operations) to drive project milestones and change adoption.
  • Define and monitor procurement KPIs; prepare regular status and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Support supplier onboarding and performance reviews, ensuring contractual compliance and alignment with procurement policies.
  • Manage implementation of process changes and tools, including requirements definition, testing, and user training.
  • Document standard operating procedures, process maps and governance for purchasing activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and post‑implementation evaluations to capture benefits and lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline; advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g. CIPS) preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects within procurement, supply chain or operations.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with experience defining and tracking KPIs and producing management reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.
  • High attention to detail, organisational rigor and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or procurement certification advantageous.
