Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Purchasing Excellence Manager in Meyrin, Switzerland. Drive procurement excellence, digitalization, and compliance for this luxury jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain purchasing and quality standards whilst optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all indirect procurement categories
- Ensure application of the Maison's Purchasing Policy, lead audits, and manage corrective action plans to mitigate procurement risks
- Digitalize purchasing and quality processes whilst championing change management to maximize organizational value delivery
- Develop and deploy comprehensive toolkits and training programmes aligned with Group standards to enhance team competency
- Maintain procurement data integrity, design and communicate performance dashboards, and deliver regular reporting on key performance indicators spanning the source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles
- Actively engage and animate the Procurement Excellence community across the Maison and Group level
Qualifications
- Mastery of project management with demonstrated capacity to facilitate and lead organizational change
- Deep understanding of business imperatives, purchasing systems, compliance procedures, and sustainable procurement practices
- Proficiency in digital tools and data analytics, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to function as a true business partner
- Proactive mindset with strong personal accountability and commitment to mission excellence
- Fluent English proficiency

Experience
Experience in purchasing, procurement operations, or business process management within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment is essential. Education
