Richemont seeks an experienced Purchasing Excellence Manager in Meyrin to lead procurement strategy and operational improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing excellence strategies and best practices across the organization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and supplier performance
- Oversee and mentor procurement teams to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics to maximize value and quality

Experience

Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) is preferred.
