Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated public relations strategy for Richemont’s maisons in Singapore and the broader SEA market, aligned with regional and global communications priorities.
- Own media relations: cultivate and maintain relationships with consumer and trade press, secure high-value coverage and manage proactive pitching for product launches, exhibitions and seasonal campaigns.
- Draft and approve key external communications including press releases, media advisories, talking points and executive statements, ensuring brand tone and legal/compliance alignment.
- Plan and execute press events, product launches, VIP previews and media tours, coordinating cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver seamless experiences.
- Manage relationships with PR agencies and freelance consultants: scope briefs, oversee deliverables, control budgets and evaluate performance against KPIs.
- Lead crisis and issues communications locally, preparing scenarios, media responses and rapid stakeholder briefings in coordination with regional/global teams.
- Monitor media coverage and market sentiment, produce regular reports and actionable insights to inform strategy and measure impact against business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, retail, client services and regional communications to ensure consistent brand storytelling across channels, including influencer and digital partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ professional PR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a manager-level role or leading projects in the luxury goods, fashion or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record placing features and securing tier-one coverage within Singapore and Southeast Asia media ecosystems.
- Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional internal stakeholders, including budget oversight and performance evaluation.
- Demonstrable ability to lead issues and crisis communications, with calm judgement and rapid decision-making under pressure.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive public relations experience, preferably within luxury brands or premium lifestyle categories, with demonstrable success in Singapore and Southeast Asia markets and experience managing agency partners and major media events.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent.
