Cartier internship: Product Qualification & Reliability Project Coordinator, Paris, 6-month stage in fine jewelry manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse and consolidate mechanical stress characterization methodologies from feasibility studies, developing representative stress profiles for real-world product usage conditions
- Contribute to the integration of new reliability methods into laboratory practices and define novel testing protocols aligned with observed real-use conditions
- Execute product qualification testing within the laboratory setting, analyse results, and develop corrective action plans
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose new standards or performance criteria
- Support continuous improvement and implementation of new reliability standards
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or Master's qualification with specialization in mechanics, materials science, or industrial engineering
- Strong analytical mindset and experimental test proficiency
- Knowledge of product reliability and data analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with common software tools; Power BI experience advantageous
- Fluency in English and French (required for Switzerland travel)
