Cartier internship: Product Qualification & Reliability Project Coordinator, Paris, 6-month stage in fine jewelry manufacturing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse and consolidate mechanical stress characterization methodologies from feasibility studies, developing representative stress profiles for real-world product usage conditions
  • Contribute to the integration of new reliability methods into laboratory practices and define novel testing protocols aligned with observed real-use conditions
  • Execute product qualification testing within the laboratory setting, analyse results, and develop corrective action plans
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose new standards or performance criteria
  • Support continuous improvement and implementation of new reliability standards

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or Master's qualification with specialization in mechanics, materials science, or industrial engineering
  • Strong analytical mindset and experimental test proficiency
  • Knowledge of product reliability and data analysis methodologies
  • Proficiency with common software tools; Power BI experience advantageous
  • Fluency in English and French (required for Switzerland travel)
