Richemont is hiring a Project Manager in Moscavide, Portugal to lead cross‑functional initiatives across its luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule and quality objectives are met.
- Define project governance, produce clear plans, track milestones and report status to senior stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, control costs and ensure financial discipline across project lifecycles.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (product, retail, IT, operations, marketing) and third‑party vendors to secure timely deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks; implement corrective actions and change control where required.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency and alignment with business priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and optimising delivery processes.
- Ensure deliverables comply with brand standards, regulatory requirements and internal quality controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline; advanced degree desirable.
- Professional project management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent organisational, communication and decision‑making skills.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives; experience within luxury goods, retail, manufacturing or professional services highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or related field; Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
