Richemont is hiring a Project Manager in Moscavide, Portugal to lead cross‑functional initiatives across its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule and quality objectives are met.
  • Define project governance, produce clear plans, track milestones and report status to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, control costs and ensure financial discipline across project lifecycles.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (product, retail, IT, operations, marketing) and third‑party vendors to secure timely deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks; implement corrective actions and change control where required.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency and alignment with business priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and optimising delivery processes.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with brand standards, regulatory requirements and internal quality controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline; advanced degree desirable.
  • Professional project management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and decision‑making skills.

Experience
