Cartier Fine Jewelry Workshop internship in Paris: 6-month project management and change leadership role for engineering students.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate centralized product development initiatives by identifying operational improvement opportunities alongside workshop teams
- Propose, construct, and deploy tailored solutions including tools, methodologies, organizational structures, and performance indicators
- Analyze production data to identify competitiveness drivers and collaborate with teams to develop targeted improvement solutions
- Monitor and track the realization of gains from implemented solutions
- Enhance workshop communications materials and support the deployment of the workshop's brand identity
- Work in close proximity to operational teams, demonstrating strong field orientation and accessibility to workshop artisans and logistics personnel
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (formation ingénieur)
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management and Lean methodology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Field-oriented mindset with proven ability to engage closely with operational teams
- Autonomous, rigorous, dynamic approach with strong synthesis capabilities

Experience
