Richemont seeks Project Manager for Fine Jewelry Workshop in Paris — manage atelier projects and organizational change initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate complex projects within the fine jewelry workshop setting, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and staff adoption of new processes
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams including artisans, production, and management to support project execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and obstacles, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices to support organizational knowledge management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management or change management within manufacturing, artisanal, or luxury goods environments
  • Strong understanding of workshop or atelier operations and artisanal production processes
