Cartier Fine Jewelry Workshop internship in Paris: 6-month project management and change leadership role for engineering students.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate centralized product development initiatives by identifying operational improvement opportunities alongside workshop teams
  • Propose, construct, and deploy tailored solutions including tools, methodologies, organizational structures, and performance indicators
  • Analyze production data to identify competitiveness drivers and collaborate with teams to develop targeted improvement solutions
  • Monitor and track the realization of gains from implemented solutions
  • Enhance workshop communications materials and support the deployment of the workshop's brand identity
  • Work in close proximity to operational teams, demonstrating strong field orientation and accessibility to workshop artisans and logistics personnel
