Richemont seeks a Project Manager in Delémont, Switzerland to lead cross‑functional manufacturing and product projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams, defining scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders—product development, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and procurement—to ensure timely milestones and issue resolution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, risk registers and contingency measures; monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage supplier and third‑party relationships where relevant, including contract follow-up, deliverable acceptance and escalation.
  • Prepare regular status reporting and executive summaries for senior management; facilitate governance meetings and change-control processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, reduce lead times and ensure compliance with luxury quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, business administration or a related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record managing technical or operational projects within manufacturing, product development or supply‑chain environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of project governance, budgeting and risk management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements applicable to luxury goods production.

Experience
