Richemont seeks a Project Manager in Delémont, Switzerland to lead cross‑functional manufacturing and product projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams, defining scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders—product development, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and procurement—to ensure timely milestones and issue resolution.
- Develop detailed project plans, risk registers and contingency measures; monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
- Manage supplier and third‑party relationships where relevant, including contract follow-up, deliverable acceptance and escalation.
- Prepare regular status reporting and executive summaries for senior management; facilitate governance meetings and change-control processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, reduce lead times and ensure compliance with luxury quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, business administration or a related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record managing technical or operational projects within manufacturing, product development or supply‑chain environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project governance, budgeting and risk management methodologies.
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements applicable to luxury goods production.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of progressive experience leading projects in a manufacturing, supply‑chain or product development context; prior exposure to the luxury goods or watchmaking sectors is highly advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, business administration or related field; master’s degree or equivalent professional certification in project management preferred.
