Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a six-month content management intern in Paris to support website and editorial projects for Dance Reflections, a cultural initiative.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily website calendar and content updates for Dance Reflections platform
- Collect and coordinate communication materials from partner dance companies and cultural institutions
- Draft and edit editorial content in both French and English, including proofreading and quality assurance
- Integrate content into the Drupal CMS and manage content publication workflows
- Compose and format the Dance Reflections newsletter and manage social media content
- Serve as primary liaison with external partners regarding content validation and website updates
- Identify, document, and track website bugs and follow correction implementations
- Contribute to strategic recommendations for website evolution and digital ecosystem development
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for Dance & Culture programming and departmental events
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editorial skills in both French and English
- Demonstrated interest in cultural and arts sectors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and/or InDesign
- Experience or familiarity with digital environments and web content management
- Fluent oral and written English
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
Skills
Experience
Educational background in communications, marketing, digital media, journalism, or a related cultural field. Prior experience with content management systems or website administration is advantageous. Familiarity with luxury brand environments is a plus.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, Cultural Studies, or equivalent discipline.

This position is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
