Richemont internship: Project Coordinator for Performance & Continuous Improvement in Paris. Support operational excellence initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of continuous improvement projects aligned with organizational performance targets
- Collect, analyze, and present operational data to identify optimization opportunities across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend systemic improvements
- Document project progress, maintain improvement tracking systems, and produce regular performance reports
- Assist in the development and rollout of improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks)
