Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Project Manager in projects related to 5S, sustainability, security, health and safety, and process improvement.
- Assist in the documentation of manuals and presentations.
- Facilitate change management processes within teams.
- Accurately handle and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage documents using SharePoint and other document management systems.
- Handle visitor and phone call management for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee office management activities, including stationery, cleaning, plant maintenance, and internal post.
- Support staff inquiries related to office management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, operational, or facility roles.
- Proficiency in Japanese; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
