Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Project Manager in projects related to 5S, sustainability, security, health and safety, and process improvement.
  • Assist in the documentation of manuals and presentations.
  • Facilitate change management processes within teams.
  • Accurately handle and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage documents using SharePoint and other document management systems.
  • Handle visitor and phone call management for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee office management activities, including stationery, cleaning, plant maintenance, and internal post.
  • Support staff inquiries related to office management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, operational, or facility roles.
  • Proficiency in Japanese; English proficiency is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

Excellent communication skills for vendor and departmental collaboration. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and SAP. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

A minimum of three years in administrative, operational, or facility management roles.
