Role & Responsibilities

  • Support cross‑functional continuous improvement and progress initiatives across production and operational teams.
  • Collect, cleanse and analyse operational data to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks and quantify improvement opportunities.
  • Map processes and produce visual artefacts (value stream maps, SIPOC diagrams) to inform improvement projects.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and project documentation for stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Coordinate project activities, liaise with ateliers, quality and engineering teams, and follow up on action items.
  • Contribute to benchmarking, best‑practice research and pilot testing of proposed process changes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, operations management, quality management, business or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with comfort handling quantitative datasets and deriving actionable insights.
  • Organised, proactive and able to coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Professional approach to documentation and presentation of findings for technical and non‑technical audiences.
