Richemont seeks a Programme Manager to lead the New Foundations ERP transformation in Meyrin, Switzerland. Full-time role orchestrating SAP S/4HANA migration across the Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-design the New Foundations programme with the Programme Director and Group Platforms stakeholders, translating strategic ambition, governance frameworks, and decisions into a structured and executable plan
  • Orchestrate overall programme execution, ensuring all workstreams progress in line with agreed scope, cadence, and business priorities
  • Maintain a single integrated view of the programme, owning its operational rhythm—planning cycles, governance forums, milestones, and decision tracking
  • Prepare and drive arbitration processes with relevant stakeholders, framing options, impacts, and trade-offs for the Programme Director and Group Platforms Executive Committee
  • Track decisions and non-negotiables, ensuring commitments are clearly recorded and reflected in plans and deliverables, with rigorous follow-up on actions and early escalation of risks and slippage
  • Coordinate documentation and readiness for Discovery deliverables and the planning and preparation of Solution Design phases

Qualifications

  • Strong background in programme orchestration and complex delivery environments
  • Experience operating in multi-entity, Group-level programmes
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP transformations, ideally including SAP S/4HANA conversions
  • Experience working with external consulting partners during initial programme set-up phases
  • Demonstrated excellence in programme structuring and planning, including cadence, milestones, and dependency management
  • Rigorous tracking and follow-through capability, translating decisions into executable actions
  • Proven risk and issue management with early identification and escalation
  • Clear synthesis and framing skills, consolidating complex inputs into concise programme views
  • Strong coordination capability across business, technology, finance, and change management teams
  • Highly disciplined, structured, and execution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Experience

Proven track record managing large-scale ERP implementations and system migrations, with experience coordinating across external consulting partners and internal teams across multiple geographies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or related discipline. Advanced certifications in programme or project management (PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are desirable.
