Richemont seeks a Programme Manager in Meyrin, Switzerland, to lead the New Foundations Programme with strategic oversight and stakeholder management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the New Foundations Programme strategic initiatives
- Manage programme budget, timeline, and resource allocation across multiple projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to senior leadership
- Oversee compliance, governance, and risk management within the programme framework
- Drive stakeholder engagement and relationship management throughout the programme lifecycle
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale programmes or strategic initiatives
- Project management and stakeholder coordination expertise
- Understanding of corporate governance and compliance frameworks
- Experience in heritage, cultural, or foundation-related work preferred
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and multiple workstreams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of programme or project management experience, preferably with responsibility for large-scale strategic initiatives, corporate programmes, or foundation work.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, public administration, or a related field. Advanced qualifications in programme management (PgMP, MSP) are advantageous.
