Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation and strategic projects across multiple departments
- Develop and maintain comprehensive programme roadmaps, budgets, and risk management frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on objectives and ensure accountability
- Monitor project performance against KPIs and deliver regular executive reporting
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and maintain project governance standards
- Champion organisational change management initiatives and communicate strategic priorities to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale transformation or strategic projects in a luxury or complex multinational environment
- Demonstrated expertise in programme management methodologies and project governance
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units
- Knowledge of change management principles and organisational restructuring
- Fluency in both French and English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in programme management, strategic planning, or business transformation roles, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity managing multi-million-euro initiatives within a luxury goods, retail, or multinational corporate environment.
Education
Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
