Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation and strategic projects across multiple departments
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive programme roadmaps, budgets, and risk management frameworks
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on objectives and ensure accountability
  • Monitor project performance against KPIs and deliver regular executive reporting
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and maintain project governance standards
  • Champion organisational change management initiatives and communicate strategic priorities to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing large-scale transformation or strategic projects in a luxury or complex multinational environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in programme management methodologies and project governance
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units
  • Knowledge of change management principles and organisational restructuring
  • Fluency in both French and English

Experience
