Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of a Dallas-based coalition of nonprofit partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with coalition members
• Support the formation and ongoing management of a Sport for Good Dallas Leadership Council, including meeting logistics, communications, and agenda development
• Coordinate local grantmaking processes in partnership with national program teams, managing grantee communication, onboarding, and reporting
• Plan and facilitate coalition meetings, convenings, and partner engagement events while tracking grant activities, timelines, and deliverables
• Represent Laureus USA in meetings with partners and community stakeholders, ensuring alignment across local and national priorities

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in program coordination, partnerships, nonprofit management, or related fields
• Experience building or managing relationships across multiple stakeholders within nonprofit or community-based environments
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience coordinating programs, events, or multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Experience with basic data tracking, reporting, or CRM systems
• Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion across all forms of diversity and difference

Skills

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in program coordination, partnerships, nonprofit management, or related fields. Demonstrated experience building or managing relationships across multiple stakeholders in nonprofit, community, or partnership-based environments. Proven track record of coordinating programs, events, or multi-stakeholder initiatives with ability to take ownership and operate independently.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in nonprofit management, community development, business administration, or related field.
