The Program Management Intern supports technology initiatives and day-to-day operations involving documentation, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, security, and compliance. The intern also contributes to change management and communications and collaborates across teams to learn how technology services are designed, delivered, and supported.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist engineers, analysts, and project managers in delivering technology initiatives.
- Support day-to-day tasks, including documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Help embed security and compliance practices, along with applicable Group policies, in activities and deliverables.
- Participate in change management and communication efforts by preparing materials and helping users adapt to new tools.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand how technology services are designed, delivered, and supported.
Qualifications
- Academic background or interest in information technology, computer science, or related fields.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about security, compliance, and IT service delivery.
- Basic knowledge of IT tools, platforms, or methodologies, such as cloud, networking, agile, or ITIL, is a plus.
