Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the programme management office by maintaining project plans, timelines and deliverables across multi-brand initiatives.
  • Compile and visualise programme status reports, KPIs and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — sourcing, retail, marketing and IT — to track dependencies and escalate risks or impediments.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, risk/issue logs and decision records in the programme repository.
  • Prepare materials for workshops and governance meetings; capture minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely closure.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose pragmatic improvements to programme controls.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s programme in business, management, engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to concisely summarise complex information for senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English; working knowledge of French is advantageous.
