Richemont Production Sector Manager, La Chaux-de-Fonds – lead manufacturing operations for luxury watchmaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and coordinate manufacturing teams across assigned sector
- Monitor quality standards, adherence to specifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and workforce deployment
