Richemont Production Planning Specialist in Valenza, Italy. Permanent full-time role managing luxury jewelry manufacturing scheduling, €35–41k annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain detailed monthly production plans for assigned manufacturing departments; monitor plan execution and variance analysis
- Define load balancing and productive capacity across work groups; track daily progress against production targets
- Monitor key performance indicators including service level attainment, production volumes and hours, work group efficiency, and new product launch progression
- Identify production shortfalls and collaborate with production group leaders to implement recovery actions
- Manage finished goods inventory monitoring and reporting; analyze variances and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on urgent order management and develop component supply plans to sustain production
- Design subcontracting plans and liaise with external suppliers to align with production requirements
- Support phase supplier qualification and ramp-up initiatives
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Comprehensive understanding of production flows, programming logic, and scheduling methodologies
- Proficiency in SAP enterprise resource planning system
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities
- Preferred: Fluency in French language

Experience
Demonstrated experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain management within a complex, multi-shift artisanal or industrial setting. Proven ability to manage production KPIs, supplier relationships, and cross-functional coordination.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 35,000 to EUR 41,000 per annum.
