Richemont Production Planning Manager role in Scandicci, Italy. Oversee production scheduling and capacity management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets
- Monitor capacity utilization across production lines and identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Analyze production metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Forecast material requirements and work with procurement on lead time management
- Manage production planning software and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations management
- Strong proficiency with manufacturing planning software (MRP/ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
