Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation towards optimized industrial planning processes, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Conduct forecast analysis and develop Industrial and Commercial Plans, balancing production cadences with capacity pipelines and demand requirements
  • Prepare Master Production Schedules and conduct capacity-load analysis in collaboration with production teams, establishing order confirmation rules based on available resources
  • Define and monitor planning strategies, anticipate potential delays, and propose corrective action plans
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement initiatives, including resolution of customer and operational issues
  • Facilitate communication across Supply Chain and other departments, coordinating with all organizational levels to ensure operational fluidity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent Supply Chain qualification
  • 3–5 years of hands-on industrial planning experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and project management methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of Lean methodologies and change management practices (Green Belt certification, Black Belt preferred)
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex data analysis to develop optimized planning processes
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes and mastery of planning and flow management best practices
