Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain expert-level knowledge on Rhize MES platform, including configuration, data structures, APIs and technical limitations
• Design solution-specific behaviors and configurations aligned with product standards and ISA95 model
• Implement advanced configuration setup and validate technical and functional scenarios
• Support system upgrades, patches, and vendor releases across manufacturing environments
• Analyze logs, traces, and performance issues; provide expert root cause analysis for solution-level incidents
• Assist colleagues on complex solution issues and provide advanced troubleshooting guidance
• Follow vendor product evolution and roadmap to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Maintain comprehensive solution-specific documentation and train internal teams on system capabilities and boundaries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Engineering qualification with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of professional experience in MES solutions, with consulting background preferred
• Demonstrated expertise with MES platforms (Rhize MES experience highly valued) and SAP integration
• Proficiency in ISA95 standards and graphQL database architecture
• Experience in designing business solutions based on SAP PP with MES-related implementations
• Knowledge of Low Code/No Code platforms
• Understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies such as APIs
• Experience with Agile and Scrum software development and customization lifecycle models
• Team management experience overseeing design, deployment, and support activities, including budget tracking
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical information to management, peers, and industry partners
• Fluent in English (mandatory)

Skills

Experience

5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing operations technology, ideally with consulting background involving both industrial production environments and IT systems. Background in MES solution implementation and SAP integration required. Experience managing technical teams through design, deployment, and support phases is essential.

Education

Master's degree or Engineering degree with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
