Richemont seeks a Production & Maintenance QA Engineer in Moscavide, Portugal. Design test strategies for manufacturing operations systems across SAP, MES, and IoT platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute robust test strategies validating features, integrations, and entire end-to-end flows across SAP, SaaS applications, microservices, and IoT platforms
- Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and comprehensive test strategies for manufacturing operations systems
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define quality standards and raise the bar for engineering practices and product excellence
- Lead regression testing and ensure robustness and scalability of system updates across the composable ecosystem
- Communicate technical quality metrics and findings effectively to management, peers, and industry partners
- Manage test automation initiatives and maintain proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree or engineering qualification with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering combined with Information Technologies
- 5+ years of professional experience in software QA, manufacturing operations, or similar technical quality assurance roles
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing test cases, test plans, and test strategies in complex environments
- Strong proficiency with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking and project management tools including Jira and Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of architecture design principles, APIs, and integration technologies
- Knowledge of software development and customization lifecycles in Agile and Scrum methodologies

Experience
5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, preferably with exposure to manufacturing environments, industrial systems integration, and enterprise applications. Consulting background or experience in deploying manufacturing systems is advantageous. Demonstrated experience collaborating across technical and business stakeholders in complex, multi-platform environments is essential.
Education
Master's degree or engineering qualification with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and Information Technologies. Equivalent professional certifications in quality assurance or manufacturing systems may be considered alongside relevant experience.
