Richemont seeks a Product Specialist in Moscavide, Portugal — provide expert product advice and client service for Richemont maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-store product authority, delivering detailed, technically accurate presentations and demonstrations to high-net-worth clients.
- Advise clients on product selection and bespoke options, tailoring recommendations to individual preferences and long-term ownership considerations.
- Collaborate with store leadership and visual merchandising to optimise product presentation, window rotations and in-store storytelling.
- Support commercial objectives through clienteling activities, follow-up communications and conversion-focused demonstrations.
- Manage product inventory and records for assigned ranges, liaising with stock control and after-sales teams to ensure exemplary client service.
- Collect and relay market feedback, competitive intelligence and client preferences to the brand and merchandising teams to inform assortment and training.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or product consultancy, ideally within watches, jewellery or fine accessories.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric orientation and demonstrated ability to advise high-net-worth clientele.
- Excellent attention to technical detail and product provenance, with the capacity to assimilate complex product specifications.
- Fluent communication skills and cultural sensitivity appropriate for a diverse, international client base.
- Professional demeanour and the ability to represent a luxury maison with discretion and integrity.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in luxury retail, product consultancy, or client-facing roles within watches, jewellery or comparable high-end categories; experience liaising with after-sales and merchandising teams preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, retail, hospitality or a related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Moscavide, Lisbon, Portugal, with easy access to Lisbon.
