Richemont seeks a Product Specialist — Financial Consolidation, Planning & Reporting in Meyrin, Switzerland. Lead consolidation systems, planning processes and group reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the product owner for group-level financial consolidation, planning and management reporting systems — define roadmap, prioritise requirements and coordinate releases.
- Translate finance business requirements (consolidation, forecasts, statutory and management reporting) into technical specifications and configuration tasks for IT and external vendors.
- Lead system implementations, upgrades and integrations (ERP, consolidation engines, planning tools and BI platforms), ensuring data lineage, reconciliation and controls.
- Drive end-to-end data governance and quality for financial flows feeding consolidation and planning processes; implement reconciliations and validation rules.
- Design, develop and maintain management reports, dashboards and financial models in collaboration with FP&A, statutory accounting and local controllers.
- Provide second- and third-line operational support to finance users, produce release notes, and deliver user training and documentation.
- Manage relationships with external technology vendors and internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Audit, Risk) to ensure timely delivery and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor performance of consolidation and planning processes and propose continuous-improvement initiatives to streamline month-end and forecasting cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of consolidation and planning solutions and their integration with ERP systems.
- Solid knowledge of consolidation and reporting standards (IFRS and local GAAP) and group consolidation processes.
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between finance and IT, with experience in stakeholder management across multinational organisations.
- Fluency in business-level English; additional language skills (French) advantageous.

Significant hands-on experience (typically 5+ years) in financial consolidation, group reporting or FP&A systems within a multinational environment; demonstrable track record of leading implementations or major upgrades of consolidation/planning/reporting platforms.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; professional accounting certification preferred.
