Role & Responsibilities
- Define product positioning and value proposition across channels for assigned collections and categories.
- Plan and execute go‑to‑market strategies and product launches in coordination with design, development, merchandising, retail and wholesale partners.
- Own launch roadmaps, timing, channel allocation and sell‑in/sell‑through objectives; ensure commercial readiness of retail and wholesale teams.
- Translate assortment, pricing and inventory strategy into actionable marketing plans and sales training materials.
- Develop product messaging, key visuals and content briefs for communications, e‑commerce and point‑of‑sale.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and post‑launch performance to refine product strategy and report on KPIs.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to secure on‑time, on‑brand rollouts.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in product marketing or brand marketing within the luxury sector, ideally watches, jewellery or high‑end accessories.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning product launches from concept to market.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills in a matrix organisation.
- Highly developed analytical ability to interpret sell‑through data and market insights to inform decisions.
- Superior written and verbal communication, with experience producing training materials and executive presentations.
- Ability to travel regionally as required and to work to tight launch deadlines.

Typically 5+ years of progressive product or brand marketing experience within the luxury goods industry, with demonstrable experience leading product launches and working closely with retail, wholesale and creative teams. Prior exposure to watches or jewellery is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline; advanced degree (MBA) or specialised luxury management qualification is advantageous.
