Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the product marketing team in preparing and executing product launches and seasonal rollouts across maisons.
  • Draft product briefs, spec sheets and sell-in materials for retail, wholesale and e‑commerce partners.
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market plans including pricing inputs, packshots coordination and promotional calendars.
  • Prepare sales training materials and product presentations for retail staff and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product positioning and assortment decisions.
  • Maintain and update product databases, SKU documentation and marketing asset libraries.
  • Assist with the coordination of cross‑functional activities (design, merchandising, retail, digital) and with on‑site or virtual product events.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail in English; working knowledge of French is advantageous given the Geneva location.
  • Demonstrable interest in luxury goods, product aesthetics and brand positioning.
  • Analytical aptitude for market research, competitor benchmarking and basic performance tracking.
  • Organised, proactive team player capable of managing multiple tasks and tight timelines.
