Van Cleef & Arpels Product Manager, Milan Italy. Lead product strategy, launches, and sales optimization for the Italian luxury jewelry market. €50–60K annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as ambassador for marketing and product strategy within the Italian market, ensuring alignment with global Maison directives
  • Lead product launches at the local level utilizing the complete marketing toolkit including boutique animations, visual merchandising, media, events, and PR campaigns
  • Develop and propose local sales budgets, Latest Estimates, and forecasts by product category and boutique location
  • Monitor monthly sales performance, analyze local market trends, and define collaborative action plans with the retail team
  • Manage product assortment decisions and stock optimization, including model stocks, inventory allocation, and boutique range planning
  • Coordinate boutique training on new product lines and adapt training materials to address local market needs
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on new collections, conduct post-event analyses, and prepare regular performance reports
  • Benchmark competitive landscape and provide strategic recommendations on local market positioning
  • Manage pricing validation, oversee special orders coordination, and address pricing discrepancies across channels
  • Liaise with boutique teams to collect market feedback, ensure consistency with local needs, and drive sales performance improvements

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in project management and sales forecasting within the luxury retail sector
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated market intelligence acumen
  • Excellent coordination and collaboration skills with ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
