Richemont seeks an experienced Product Manager in Milan to drive luxury product strategy and development across premium portfolios.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategy aligned with brand positioning and market opportunities
- Lead product development lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget compliance
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product innovation and positioning decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, merchandising, manufacturing, and marketing teams
- Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Manage product portfolio optimization and deprecation decisions
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful product management in the luxury goods or premium fashion sector
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with excellent business acumen

Skills
Experience
5+ years of product management experience in luxury, premium fashion, or related sectors, with demonstrated success in strategic product development and market positioning.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
