Piaget seeks Jewelry Product Manager in Geneva to lead product development from concept to market launch. Luxury jewelry sector expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle of jewelry creations from marketing brief to first production delivery
- Validate technical feasibility and budget alignment in close collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders and optimize cost structure from conception through production
- Propose innovative solutions that reconcile marketing vision, technical excellence, and aesthetic requirements
- Establish and monitor project timelines while ensuring seamless coordination of procurement and logistics
- Facilitate technical validation meetings with subject-matter experts and present quality, cost, and delivery milestones
- Ensure technical feasibility of designs and actively contribute to accelerating time-to-market
- Anticipate technical constraints and propose tailored solutions in collaboration with jewelry artisans, setters, and prototypists
- Participate in external supplier and precious stone selection in coordination with Procurement and Gemology departments
- Conduct competitive intelligence gathering on technical benchmarks, suppliers, and perceived value
- Actively contribute to improving product development processes and identifying optimization opportunities
- Collaborate across departments to identify bottlenecks and facilitate adoption of new practices and tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the jewelry sector
- Expertise in jewelry craftsmanship and manufacturing techniques
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams toward unified objectives
- Business-oriented mindset with focus on results
- Fluent in French and English; Italian is advantageous
- Willingness to travel to partner facilities
