Richemont seeks a Product Manager for Jewelry in Plan-les-Ouates. Lead luxury collection development and market strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the conception and development of jewelry product lines from ideation through commercial launch
  • Manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with brand heritage and market positioning
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and retail teams to optimize product quality, appeal, and profitability
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform collection strategy
  • Monitor product performance metrics and adjust offerings based on sales data and customer feedback

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in business, product management, design, or related luxury sector discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience in luxury goods, preferably jewelry or haute horlogerie
