Richemont seeks an experienced Product Manager for International Marketing Fragrances in Paris to drive global product strategy and brand growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated product marketing strategies for fragrance brands across international markets
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and distribution teams to align product launches with market demand and brand positioning
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform product innovation
  • Manage product lifecycle from launch through maturity, optimizing pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies
  • Oversee regional marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
  • Present quarterly performance reviews and strategic recommendations to senior management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury fragrance or beauty product management
  • Demonstrated success managing products across multiple international markets
  • Strong understanding of fragrance market dynamics, consumer preferences, and distribution channels
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning capabilities
  • Fluent in English and French; additional European languages advantageous
