Richemont seeks a Product Manager for E-Commerce UX & CRO in Hamburg to drive digital experience optimization and conversion growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision for e-commerce user experience and conversion optimization across digital touchpoints
- Conduct user research, behavioral analysis, and A/B testing to identify opportunities for UX enhancement and revenue growth
- Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to translate insights into scalable product improvements
- Establish KPIs and success metrics; monitor performance dashboards and conversion funnels to drive continuous optimization
- Develop prioritized product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends in luxury e-commerce
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance checkout flows, product discovery, personalization, and customer retention mechanisms
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Product Manager in e-commerce or digital product environments
- Deep expertise in user experience design principles and conversion rate optimization methodologies
- Proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing frameworks, and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative consumer insights
- Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics and high-value customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business units
Skills
Experience
7+ years in product management, with at least 3–4 years focused specifically on e-commerce UX and conversion optimization. Prior experience at luxury, premium retail, or high-growth digital platforms is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent professional certification in product management or UX is advantageous.
